With an increasing variety of food choices, the food and service industries must keep up to date on the latest food trends and listen to customer feedback. To meet customer needs, Sportscene and its Cage sports bars have been consulting with Vivaï to develop an allergen chart and nutrition guide for their products and menus.

Action :

Vivaï developed a customized allergen chart for the Cage aux sports that is updated whenever there are changes to the restaurants’ ingredients, meals and menus. We manage the database, update information on allergens and nutritional values, and clearly communicate the information to our client. On a few occasions, we also helped create guidelines and healthy menu items for the specials menu.


With the help of our practical tool, customers with dietary restrictions can check which dishes are safe to consume, either in advance or at the restaurant.
