Mélanie supports her clients with a colorful approach along with all her experience and expertise in a humorous atmosphere while maintaining serious objectives.

Her journey speaks for itself. She is the first nutritionist on the Canadian Olympic Committee for the Games in Turin in 2006, Beijing in 2008 and Vancouver in 2010. Mélanie has worked for over 20 years with amateur and professional athletes across the country.

Mélanie has worked for over 15 years with internationally renowned athletes such as boxers Lucian Bute and Eric Lucas. She was also for 7 years and the first nutritionist for the Montreal Canadiens and it’s hockey school.

Mélanie is also a manager committed to surrounding herself with the best to support companies and organizations in reaching their product and market development objectives. She was spokesperson and ambassador for Érable du Québec for 8 years. She has helped many companies in the Quebec and Canadian sports market.

Her professionalism and contagious energy make her one of the most appreciated speakers.

A former member of the Quebec alpine ski team, cyclist and event organizer, she understands her clients! She now practices many other sports ranging from tennis to kite-surfing to golf.

Instigator and author of the guides Eating well for better performance, sold over 20,000 copies, and the book Sports et nutrition pendant et après la grossesse.

She contributes to several television and radio shows including L’épicerie at Radio-Canada and Radio sports 91.9 FM
