For Brianna, having a healthy lifestyle can be done so many ways. Her goal is to support you through your own process, whether by changing your eating habits, optimizing your nutrition to increase your sports performance or simply to demystify all this food chaos! She’ll be there to help you.
Sport has always been an integral part of her life. From triathlon, Ultimate Frisbee, climbing to now mountain biking and ski touring, there aren’t many sports that she hasn’t done! When it comes to food, she’s the type to look for simple and tasty recipes during the week, and then take the time to cook big, more elaborate meals on the weekends. Of course, she likes to share her recipes with her clients!
The helping relationship is at the heart of her work; whether through individual consultations, workshops in schools and conferences for sport groups. She’s always trying to share her knowledge in the most interesting and dynamic ways possible.
