«À la carte» appointments are designed to allow you to choose your nutritional journey as you go. Ideal for those who only want one or two meetings with our nutritionists.

The «à la carte» formula allows you to choose your nutritional journey as you go. As with all our formulas and packages, you will start with a first 60 minutes nutritional assessment. With the help of your nutritionist, you can then determine the game plan that suits you best, choosing and planning your meetings from our 50 minutes, 30 minutes or 20 minutes follow-ups. You will only pay the first $ 135 (assessment) when purchasing the ”à la carte” option.
