Servings : 30 Ingredients 1 chopped onion 1 clove of garlic, minced 1 grated sweet potato 1 cup of chopped broccoli florets 1 large carrot, grated ½ cup of walnuts 1 ½ cup unsalted sunflower seeds ¼ cup of sesame seeds ½ cup whole wheat flour ½ cup of oatmeal 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp allspice (usually black pepper, nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon) ¼ tsp each: basil, cumin, thyme 1 tbs of each: lemon juice, soy sauce, mustard ½ cup olive oil 1 tsp sesame oil tea 1 cup of hot water Methods Prepare all the vegetables in a large bowl. In a food processor, roughly grind the nuts, baking powder, oats and flour. Add to vegetables. In a small bowl, combine all the other ingredients and add to the previous mixture.
