Ingredients 2/3 cup margarine 2/3 cup of each: white sugar, brown sugar 2 eggs 2 tbsp vanilla 2/3 cup of each: white flour, wheat flour ¾ cup of oatmeal flour (reduce in food processor) ¾ cup of oats ¾ tsp of each: baking powder, baking soda ½ tsp of each: cinnamon, nutmeg, salt ½ cup of each: ground flax seeds, chia seeds, millet, dried cranberries, chocolate chips Methods Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, beat together margarine, white sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. In a second bowl, combine the flours, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix. Add the ground flax seeds, chia seeds, millet, dried cranberries, and chocolate chips. Spoon dough onto baking sheet and bake 12 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.
