Hot drink for winter hike

A drink to keep you hydrated AND to keep you warm.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of 1% milk
  • 7 grams of ginger in large cubes
  • 1 cardamom pod
  • 1 tsp of brown sugar

Methods

  1. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove the ginger and cardamom.
