Grilled edamame

Tired of nuts? We’ve got this under control with this take on a classic snack.

  • Preparation : 5 minutes
  • Cooking : 15 minutes


  • 500ml (2 cups) frozen edamame beans
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper flakes
  • 45ml (3 tbsp) parmesan cheese
  • 15ml (1 tbsp) olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F (200C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper and lay the edamame beans on it.
  3. Add all the ingredients and mix well.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until the beans are crispy!
