Chocolate fondue

Perfect for Valentine’s Day!

  • Servings : 6


  • 300 g of dark chocolate chips
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp of cream
  • Fruits of your choice: Pineapple, cantaloupe, oranges, clementines, bananas, apples, berries of all kinds (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.)
  • Lemon juice to prevent oxidation on the fruit


  1. Prepare the fruit by dicing them and drizzle lemon juice over any fruit that may turn black.
  2. In a double boiler, heat the chocolate and milk quietly until the chocolate is melted.
  3. Add the cream to the chocolate and milk mixture and stir in until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a fondue dish on a low stove.
  5. Dip your fruit in the mixture.
