Homemade Peach Iced Tea

This recipe can be reinvented many times by substituting the fruit or changing the kind of tea used. Let your imagination run wild!

Homemade Peach Iced Tea

  • Servings : 5-6
  • Preparation : 75 minutes


  • 6 cups of water
  • 6-8 white tea bags
  • 45-60ml (3-4 tbsp) maple syrup
  • 2-3 peaches, cut into pieces
  • Optional: 2 containers of blueberries
  • Basil or mint leaves
  • Ice cubes


  1. Boil the water and pour it into a pitcher.
  2. Add the tea bags and let steep 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove the bags and add the maple syrup and ice cubes. Mix well.
  4. Add the pieces of peaches, blueberries and basil or mint leaves to flavor the tea.
  5. Let cool for about 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving.
