Homemade berry popsicles
  • Servings : 6 to 8


  • 500ml (2 cups) of fresh or frozen fruit to taste (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.)
  • 250ml (1 cup) plain yogurt
  • 250ml (1 cup) vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) sugar or maple syrup
  • 6-8 popsicle molds


  1. Place fruit, yogurt and sugar in the bowl of a blender.
  2. Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the popsicle molds. Leave to set for at least 4 hours in the freezer before eating!
