- 500ml (2 cups) of fresh or frozen fruit to taste (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.)
- 250ml (2 cups) plain yogurt
- 250ml (2 cups) vanilla Greek yogurt
- 60ml (1/4 cup) sugar or maple syrup
- 6-8 popsicle molds
- Place fruit, yogurt and sugar in the bowl of a blender.
- Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
- Transfer the mixture to the popsicle molds. Leave to set for at least 4 hours in the freezer before eating!
