Apple peel chips

No waste with this recipe which reuses the peels of your apples that you will have used to cook our delicious apple crumble or our apple and cheese cookies 😉

Apple peel chips

  • Servings : 4-6
  • Preparation : 5 minutes
  • Cooking : 25-30 minutes


  • The peel of 10 apples (previously washed)
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) of butter
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp (45ml) of brown sugar


  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a big bowl, mix all the ingredients.
  4. Spread the apple peel mix on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly brown and crispy.
  6. Enjoy !
