To help you achieve your target weight without compromising your performance, you and your nutritionist will create a nutritional strategy based on your needs, your training and your goals. You will learn how to maintain your weight between fights, competitions or races and how to safely reach your target while keeping a healthy relationship with food.
We have been working with athletes in weight category sports for over 10 years. Mélanie Olivier first started with Interbox in the late 1990s, working first with Eric Lucas and later Lucian Bute, world champion and sports personality of the year for 2011. She is also proud to be currently working with Martine Dugrenier, world champion wrestler and named international athlete of the year for 2011. Catherine works closely with Judo Canada as well as athletes from Judo Quebec, Weightlifting Quebec, Canoe-Kayak Quebec, the McGill Rowing team amongst other teams and clubs.

Consultations
During consultations, we will develop tools and skills to enable you to easily and gradually integrate sport nutrition principles to your food habits.
Menus and recipe development
Your nutritionist will create menus adapted to your schedule and provide recipes to meet your needs as an athlete.
On the field
We will go with you to the grocery store, restaurants and to your home to provide you with practical tools to help you to make informed choices.
