The VIVAÏ team is as passionate as you are about the outdoors! Over the years, we have developed strategies adapted to many outdoor activities (camping, hiking, snowshoeing, climbing expeditions etc.) to maximize your energy levels through sports nutrition. Our practical experience allows us to not only prepare a nutritional plan for the conditions you will face, but also to give you tips on the best foods to pack and which to avoid.
Several outdoor magazines regularly feature nutrition articles written by members of the VIVAÏ team, allowing us to share our experience and expertise in sports nutrition with you. You can find articles written by Anne-Marie in Géo Plein Air magazine, by Catherine in Vélo Mag, and by Mélanie Mantha in Espaces!
We are also very proud to have Emmanuel Daigle as our outdoor partner. For 15 years, he has accompanied groups on expeditions around the world. We are thrilled to be able to contribute to these epic life experiences, offering Emmanuel’s clients nutrition preparation and action plans for trips such as Kilimandjaro or Everest climbs. With Emmanuel’s experience and our nutrition expertise, these travelers are sure to reach the summit!
We also offer support to participants of UnikChallenge adventures. Special packages are available and tailored for each UnikChallenge!
Menus and recipe development
Your nutritionist will create and recommend menus and recipes adapted to your outdoor expedition. We are environmentally concious and would love to help you find the most eco-responsible choices for your expedition.
On the field
We will help you to plan and prepare your food for your expedition keeping in mind that quality and quatity of food needed, the intensity of your trip and the climate. Most importantly we will keep the weight in mind as well all know a few grams can make a huge difference!
