Combining strength and endurance, cycling, running, triathlon, skiing, speed skating, many Paralympic sports and other endurance sports often require intense training and a persistent effort. Our team is crazy about this type of sport. With Catherine who has competed in rowing at an elite level and now is an avid road cyclist and Stephanie (who can often be seen training with Catherine) is also a runner who has to her credit five half-marathons and two triathlons. Anne-Marie is currently completing her Master's degree in sport nutrition working with high level cyclists. You can also find the VIVAÏ team as experts and participants at endurance events across Quebec such as the Triathlon Ste-Justine, the Montréal Oasis Marathon, the Défi Vélo-Mag and le Tour Procure.
Our experience in the field with many elite endurance athletes, such members of the national speed skating team, allows us to understand the individual challenges of athletes competing in this category, and thus develop a unique approach for working with these athletes. To develop your full potential and improve your performance, we evaluate your current food habits in relation to your needs, training schedule and objectives, and work together to elaborate a complete nutritional plan. Throughout your training season and competitions, we will be there to support you to make sure that you are at your best and at the peak of your performance.
