Stephanie is a passionate dietitian with a Bachelor's in Dietetics and Human Nutrition from McGill University and a personal training certification from National Strength and Conditioning Association. Perfectly bilingual, she combines her passions for food, sports and healthy eating, translating the complex science of nutrition into everyday, practical recommendations.
Stephanie is a registered dietitian with l'ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec and has a wealth of experience working with pregnant women and infants. However, in more recent years she has worked primarily with runners and triathletes allowing her to combine her expertise as well as her personal experiences as an avid triathlete to help her to develop nutrition strategies with her clients to achieve their weight, performance and health objectives.
She is a charismatic presenter and has been invited to speak by many groups including, The Running Room, Étudiants Dans la Course, the Montreal Marathon series as well as numerous triathlon clubs. Stephanie is also featured in a monthly nutrition video capsule for Magazine Mode d'Emploi and has collaborated with journalists for articles in La Presse, Elle and Today's Parent. She also contributes regularly to the VIVAÏ blog.
Detailed oriented, Stephanie played an integral role in the research and development of the recently published Sport et nutrition pendant la grossesse and is one of VIVAÏ's key resources for the development and improvement of recipes.
